Each month, we take a look at the top topics our law enforcement partners are requesting across the country to get an idea of what are the trending community engagement topics in the field right now.
Here are the top 5 topics departments have requested so far in September:
Let’s All Work To Fight Drug Abuse

Our journal focused on educating adults, teens, and tweens on alcohol and other substance abuse was requested by twice as many departments as any other topic we offer. Departments are loading up to prepare for the beginning of the school year, Red Ribbon Week coming in October, and other drug-focused awareness events in the fall.
Online Apps Parents Should Know

One of our newest products, the rapidly evolving nature of social media makes it difficult for parents to keep up. This flyer names specific apps but also educates about what features they should look out for as new apps are developed and become more popular.
Suicide Prevention

It is a sad reality that suicide is a growing issue in our culture. Felt by kids, parents, teachers…the risk of having to process either your own suicidal thoughts or those of a friend or loved one is increasing. This flyer provides strategies for how to recognize and handle these signs, and some strategies for finding help.
Distracted Driving

A new school year also tends to come with a new crop of drivers hitting the road for the first time. The prevalence of cell phones, especially in the demographics that are new drivers, makes this type of educational product vital to helping them understand the dangers of distracted driving.
Bradford Beaver
Our classic coloring book is the perfect resource for elementary school classes. Teaching kids about bullying, these books are a fun way to help young kids learn valuable lessons through an activity they already enjoy. Perfect for classes or to give to individual kids, this book is a great introduction to handling the social pressures associated with going to school.
